What is PV2 Visa? Visa PV2 (Vietnamese visa code PV2), also known as PV2 visa, is a type of visa that allows foreign individuals to work in the field of journalism in Vietnam. Unlike the PV1 visa, which is for permanent residents, the PV2 visa is issued to foreign nationals working in Vietnam for a short period.

According to Article 8 of the Law on Entry, Exit, Transit, and Residence of Foreigners in Vietnam (Law No. 47/2014/QH13): “PV2 – Issued to journalists and media personnel for short-term activities in Vietnam.”
