How to Obtain Vietnam Visa for Venezuelan Citizens:
- Tourist Visa Application:
- Before the Covid pandemic, there were two ways for Venezuelan citizens to obtain a tourist visa: through the Vietnam embassy/consulate or online, including Visa on Arrival.
- However, current regulations dictate that holders of popular Venezuelan passports can only obtain a 30-day single-entry tourist visa. This visa, issued in the form of a loose-leaf visa, must be acquired before departure for Vietnam and is commonly known as the Vietnam e-visa or electronic visa.
- The application for this tourist visa can be completed online either by the applicants themselves or through our service in three simple steps:
- Complete our secure online visa application form and make payment.
- Receive the e-visa letter delivered to your registered email within your requested processing time.
- Download your e-visa letter and present it to the Vietnam Immigration Officer to complete entry into Vietnam.
Our processing time is guaranteed in:
- 5-7 working days.
- 4 working days.
- Business Visa Application:
- To apply for a business visa, Venezuelan citizens must have a sponsor company in Vietnam.
- The application involves two essential steps:
Step 1: Obtain a Visa Approval Letter
- In this step, the sponsor company completes Form NA2 online, along with Form NA16 and certified business registration.
- Submission of these documents to the Vietnam Immigration Department, which processes the application within 7–10 working days.
- Upon approval, the sponsor company receives a business visa approval letter.
Step 2: Get Business Visa Stamp
- In this step, the applicant obtains a business visa stamped on their passport at the Vietnam embassy/consulate in their country before departure for Vietnam.
- Assistance is available throughout the business visa application process.
